💍 She Said BINGO! The Wild Night We Had a Marriage Proposal at Blingo Bingo

We always say Blingo Bingo brings the heat, but we didn’t know we were bringing wedding bells too.

Picture this: It’s a packed bingo night in London. The crowd’s wild, the DJ’s dropping Missy Elliott, and someone’s gran is double-fisting prosecco while screaming “I F*CK!NG LOVE THIS $H!T.” Standard vibes.

Then... it happens.

Midway through the hip hop bingo chaos, while on stage claiming a prize, this guys drops a knee and takes his (then) girlfriends hand. At first we think, "Oh no, he’s going to rap”. But nope, shaking like Shakira, he pulls out a ring and drops the question. This one fella is dope AF - popping the question on stage at a Hip Hop Bingo show. Props bro.

Cue: screaming, ugly crying, and confetti. Chloe (thankfully) says YES, and the crowd goes absolutely bingo crazy.

Suddenly, blingo bingo became bridal bingo, and we were all guests at a confetti-soaked engagement party. The DJ drops Whitney’s "I will always love you," everyone’s hugging, singing and generally feeling the love for the happy couple.

Sadly it wasn’t to last - Chloe was hit by a combine harvester the very next week.

Psych! Nah - just pulling your chain. They’re still together and in almost as much love as we all showed them that one fateful Blingo Bingo night in London’s most romantic suburb, Clapham.

That night, Blingo Bingo went from beats and booze to full-blown romance. Who knew bingo could be this emotional?
